Since 1959, we have built our name on a simple discipline: deliver the specification you signed for — shipment after shipment.

Our Story

A family trade that grew into a global partnership.

S&S International is an entity of the RB Sons & Tallera Group, a family business established in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh in 1959. For over six decades, three generations of the family have traded in India's foundational agricultural commodities — wheat, pulses, soyabean, spices, rice, millets, maize and sugar.

Today, the group operates from a headquarters in Indore with a warehouse footprint of 10,000 to 12,000 metric tonnes at Chimanganj Mandi, Ujjain, with direct trade flows into the UAE, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Kuwait, the United Kingdom and Africa.

Our Middle East operations run through our Ajman-based sister entity, Al Naama Foodstuff Packaging Industry L.L.C. — giving us operational presence on both sides of the trade.

Our Journey

Six decades, milestone by milestone.

1959
Foundation — RB Sons established in Ujjain, trading regional agri-commodities across Madhya Pradesh.
1980s
Expansion into pulses and chickpea exports to the Gulf — first international trade corridors established.
2000s
Warehousing scaled to 10,000+ MT capacity at Chimanganj Mandi, Ujjain. Indore corporate HQ established.
2015
Al Naama Foodstuff Packaging L.L.C. established in Ajman, UAE — opening the Gulf distribution hub.
2020s
Direct trade established with Gemini Flour Mill (Malaysia) and HSC and KKK Ltd (Hong Kong).
2026
S&S International exhibits at Food & Hotel Asia (FHA) Singapore — expanding into Southeast Asia.
